** contacted the seller about the shipping tracking number many times.
** The seller then admitted that the item had not been shipped and it is out of stock.
** the seller said the item is not available, but keep selling the same item on the web at that time.

I told you that it would arrive earlier than the original arrival schedule by DHL EXPRESS, but after the bag was sold to another customer because you asked me to cancel it in the middle, you asked me to send it again, so it was inevitably refunded.
