Seller ignored all messages. I sent 9 messages from 2 accounts over the course of 2 months and the seller has yet to respond. Selling cores requires that you talk with your customers. He needs to know the bitting of all my other locks to match the control key. He also offers security pins, but since he wont answer messages, I couldn't get them. I tried asking through the make an offer button, but he ignored that too and blocked any further offers. The quality of the used locks are fine.

After working with the buyer, it appears that the buyer is having medical conditions. The buyer used multiple accounts to circumvent eBay's security model and to harass, stalk, bully, and to tarnish a seller’s reputation. As a longtime eBay veteran, eBay was of absolutely no help on this problem. Per the buyer's feedback, they were pleased with the item. As a seller, you cannot control what a buyer will do per their mood and mental awareness. Sellers: I do not recommend working with this buyer!!
