Initially ordered 2 phone cases which it seems we're the wrong ones. These arrived in one parcel. Total cost of order £10.90, I then returned them both in a jiffy bag with an ebay pre paid label. Total cost £3.45 leaving £7.45 to be refunded. This seller only refunded £1.45 leaving £6.00 outstanding. Then, despite stating they would look into it then refused to respond to further messages. During wait to be contacted ebay closed my case. I am incredibly dissatisfied with ebay and this seller.
