The item was NOT in excellent condition (It was in "broken but good condition". It had fully separated at one seam and had dents/chips on the rim (1 in particular that should have been highlighted).

Item was not separated at time of shipping, and is evident in multiple photos. Rim wear was clearly shown in multiple extra-large photos of the item, and listing disclosed rim wear. I fully insure every item, offer free returns for any reason if a buyer is not happy, and could have filed an insurance claim if buyer had contacted me directly with photos of the item and shipping box. Zero contact or photos of damage from buyer was received.
