this is the first time I have had to leave a negative review on ebay--seller described item as CND cucumber heel therapy--received item and it was not correct. I contacted seller who then removed the description on the site but then message me to tell me it was new packaging.
IT is NOT the same item that I have been using for two years. I returned the item and the seller has not picked up from the post office. So i am still waiting on a refund.
