Item did not arrive. Provided tracking number indicated never picked up. Seller did not respond to messages so raised a case. Seller then replied to say there'd been a typo in my postcode and the package would be with me in a day or two via Fedex. Four days later, nothing, and Fedex tracking seemed to imply the package was bouncing around in their system - not the seller's fault. eBay refunded. Seller's comms should have been better but just one of those things that happens with volume sellers
