Not suitable for adults. I have a small head, managed to keep headband on, but with the forehead-to-top-of-nose piece laying flat on top of head, secured by extra large hair clips place through the 2 front holes. If I tried to wear (as shown in advert), horns would be in horizontal position, like a charging bull .- and obviously with headband not sitting on top of head but across forehead. On positive note: would have been value for money and well made for children. Not returning as used
