Seller didn’t answer any questions I had until the sale went through. Then they said it didn’t exist and wanted me to pay an extra $100 to buy another product that wasn’t as good as this one advertised. I declined and asked for a refund and for them to cancel order, they refused and wanted to negotiate. They didn’t apologize for the time and inconvenience.
