Hurricanes and flooding I guess are my fault. I refunded him fully for the purchase when it did not arrive. I can't get him another item in the time eBay give me so I refunded him. How is that a bad experience. He probably has it now as he left this for me. I hope you enjoy your ill gotten driver.
