Once purchased we need your contact telephone number so transport can contact you.
Delivery is FREE to the majority of the mainland UK
other areas available ask for postage quote
 
We will contact you to arrange delivery. If we are unable to speak to you to arrange this, then your unit will be delayed until we can make contact. The courier will make contact with you an hour before delivery this may be by email or phone.
Please ensure someone is available to check the unit (you will have 15 minutes) to make sure it isn’t damaged and sign for the unit.
 
Should there be any damages please sign as damaged and return the unit with the courier and make contact with us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
Otherwise we are unable to claim from the courier.
We can not accept responsibility if you have signed for it with out checking.
Once the unit is signed for you are accepting responsibility.
 
You will need 2 strong people to help unload as it is a one man delivery service. Most larger units will be delivered by courier on a pallet which is curb-side delivery only. If you require a 2 man delivery there maybe an option and surcharge
Please enquire via eBay's messaging service
Very large items like Dressers may take several people to unload as they are very heavy
 
Please ensure someone is available to sign when the courier attempts delivery. If you do not answer when the courier calls and the delivery has to be rearranged then there will be a redelivery charge of £15. On very large items like dressers the charge will be considerable higher
If you miss the courier, they will leave a calling card, simply contact the telephone number on the card and simply rearrange delivery or arrange to collect your goods from your local depot.
