I ordered a replacement lower motor control board for my treadmill that was advertised as new. I received a cardboard box with the word new written on it, but inside the box was a board that was clearly removed from a used treadmill. There was sweat and dirt caked on the components, made a loud hissing noise, and did not work. I submitted a return through eBay and this seller never responded, so I was refunded the full amount. Just posting this to make people aware of my experience.
