If you are super sensitive to noise these are the best. They block out snoring, barking dogs, the neighbours music and are great to take on holidays too as they block out traffic noise if you are in the city etc. Personally, I think the larger pack are better value for money as you may need more than one mold in each ear to fully block out noise.
