Item did not arrive after delivery estimate (taking into account holidays). Seller was unable to provide any evidence of postage - standard Ebay expectation per T&Cs. Raised a case, seller was slow to respond and failed to meet their own timescales (stated would resolve after 28 Dec and did not respond for further five days, even after I chased). Eventually was refunded. Disproportionately difficult communication for a £4 purchase. Unable to recommend this seller based on my experience.

A very unfair use of feedback considering that I responded in a timely fashion, WAITED FOR OVER A WEEK FOR RESPONSE FROM THE BUYER and asked them to take into account Xmas postal delays and also explained that 2ND CLASS FRANKED MAIL DOES NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. Offered to post a replacement item at no extra cost. VERY UNAPPRECIATIVE OF HELP OFFERED.

Fair use of feedback given that the item did not arrive, hassle to resolve. The unprofessional 'shouting' caps response is testament to the experience Of course there should be no 'extra cost' for a replacement if an item does not arrive, but this is useless several weeks after ordering. Buyer response was within 24hrs even over the holidays. Seller feedback response gives you an idea of the service level, make your own judgement...
