I bought to prevent catching athlete's foot again at the swimming pool. I only used them for the first time today, and they are pretty tricky to get on. I got size L (Large) which states sizes 5.5 - 8. I am a 6, and I know they're meant to be tight, but anyone bigger than a 6 should probably get the next size up XL. I bought them for aquafit but they are not grippy so it made it tricky! They are absolutely fine for swimming though.
