Delivery was great. The buckle is beautiful. The reason for my neutral rating is that when you put the buckle with the belt and you tighten in your waist, the part that attaches to the belt gets loose because of poor construction. I will take the buckle to a shoe repair shop and hope they can fix this issue because i love the buckle. The manufacturer should look into this or maybe i got a bad one.
