First bought this item a few months ago, waited over 2 months & received no updates on the item, I chased this up with the seller, they cancelled my order because they weren’t able to post it due to pandemic. Ok I can understand pandemic postage issues but the seller took 2 months to notify me that they weren’t able to post it. Then asked me to purchase again with extra postage costs for DHL or UPS that will surely be able to deliver, now another 2 months & still no updates or replies from them!

I want you to check UPS shipping again. Your country has a very expensive shipping fee compared to other countries. There was a problem with the delivery delay, but your order will arrive without a problem. I am sorry for the inconvenience to you.

** contacted the seller about the shipping tracking number many times.
** The seller then admitted that the item had not been shipped and it is out of stock.
** the seller said the item is not available, but keep selling the same item on the web at that time.
** 05/22/2024 - Finally, seller said I will get the refund

I told you that it would arrive earlier than the original arrival schedule by DHL EXPRESS, but after the bag was sold to another customer because you asked me to cancel it in the middle, you asked me to send it again, so it was inevitably refunded. Please describe the situation accurately before and after. Because other customers misunderstand.
