Really happy with this helmet kit. The helmet comes well-packaged and looks really close to the original design. The amount of sanding and trimming work you'd have to do are minimal. For the most part, it's evening out rough edges, painting the helmet, and tinting the visor. It also fits up to hat size 8 perfectly. It would be nice if the descriptions and naming conventions for each helmet were more specific, but the seller answered all my questions before I purchased. Thanks!

The visor itself would've been better as plexiglass instead of plastic, or better yet, tinted to begin with because of its shape. You can't use traditional paper tint with a heat gun otherwise the plastic will melt. The only other options are using VHT Nightshades or dying the visor. Disappointing for sure, but otherwise the cast is great.

Plexiglass cracks easy. Thicker material is not cost efficient and difficult to form. Replacements and pretinted visors are sold on my website. Thx for your feedback.
