Postage

UK mainland orders are posted through Royal Mail on their Second-Class Standard service. This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days, but one must allow up to 14 for late deliveries. No loss claims can be initiated until after this period has expired. The delivery date given by eBay is merely an estimate, and your item can arrive before or after that date. No postal or courier offers a 100% guaranteed ‘by a certain day’ service.

Our Next Day Service is dispatched either with Royal Mail Special Delivery or by 24hour courier. Neither service is gone hundred percent guaranteed but we always use the best services that offer the highest amount of success rate for next day delivery. We aren’t responsible for any late deliveries made by third part companies.

Worldwide orders are sent through Royal Mail International Economy or by courier, whichever is quickest, for the amount closest to what is charged. It is a set flat rate, and no further discounts can be made.

We currently do not offer collections.

Returns

Please contact us directly if you wish to return an unused item.

We accept returns within 30 days for a no quibble refund, as long as the following conditions are met;

1. Been fitted or trial fitted in anyway

2. Been used or marked/damaged

3. The item and ALL packaging/accessories are returned

We cover your outgoing postage cost under Consumer Contract Regulations (apart from additional 24-Hour charges) and you cover the return cost.

We recommend you use a tracked service when returning items (the package is entirely your responsibility till it reaches us) and please include your username in the box so we can identify it when arrived.

For any items not returned like this, and any abuse of the eBay Returns System, we always make an Action Fraud claim, report to eBay and follow up with our loss claims specialist.

We do test our items before dispatch therefore we know everything is functioning correctly when sent. If once installed you feel the part has a problem, please get in touch with the name and contact details of the qualified installer so we can diagnose the problem and replace the part or component where required. We don’t offer ‘partial ‘refunds.
