One customer destroyed the packaging on arrival and then claimed the item was damaged. As we had no evidence of the packaging we were unable to claim on the PO for their damage We replaced item, but in future can only replace if original packing is RETAINED as it is unfair that we have to stand the loss as evidence destroyed.
