She misrepresented the measurements, absolutely having to STRETCH that tail to make 22". The tail shouldn't have been included in the size of the plush anyway IMHO. Especially when, at rest, the tail sticks up vertically. Nor was it 15" wide as it's taller than wide. I had to file an eBay case in order to be able to return this item for a refund because the seller absolutely refused. Thank goodness for the Money Back Guarantee!
