I am sorry to hear you have an issue with one of the cables. You have not contacted me to alert me of this issue and have not allowed me to correct the issue for you by sending you a replacement cable. You also still have until the 18th of May (which is exactly 3 weeks) to open a return for a full refund. I am always happy to help in any way I can but I can only help if I am aware of any issues.
