Said it was new with tags no tags on it stain on it and the red dye has run into the white stripes like it been washed only kept it cause I need it for holiday and I fly tomorrow

I'm sorry you feel this way but the item is completely brand new in its original packaging as stated, there's no stains or colour run as it literally has never been used. It even had its protective slip attached to it still. I'm confused to why you didn't request a return at the time or say something if you genuinely believed this? If the condition really was as you said, I would have returned regardless for a refund, but the fact is, it wasn't and you didn't. Unfair and inaccurate feedback.
