Incredibly poor customer service - refusing to refund p&p charge for 5 individual items that will be sent in 1 package.
To keep referring to the item description where this is detailed in a long winded post is dismissive and misleading.

Individual of this item is sent as a large letter. This buyer bought 5 items and wanted me to charge one large letter postage. 5 items become a small parcel which is more expensive than a large letter. Abrupt and threatening messages were sent by this buyer, when I specifically state in my listing to request combined p&p before payment. If this buyer can't be bothered to read the combined p&p details full its not my fault. Thankfully there is a block button! One awful buyer

Still waiting for my item, I give up waiting. It’s been two weeks already, so I can give negative reviews, as it’s way past the normal waiting time. Literally a joke! Why put items on eBay, if you’re going to take ages to post them? Or you could at least communicate with the buyers, so they at least know it’s going to take a while too receive. Unless you are willing to wait a month for you items then I would shop elsewhere! Have communicated with the seller, to my surprise 😂 no reply. 1/10
