The sandals took a long time to come and when they did, both pairs were the wrong size and one pair was completly different. The seller did not send an apology. No exchange offered but refund was actioned in a timely manor. I would have given a nuetral for this but the sandals were dreadful. They look like either factory seconds or bad copies of others. Try Loudlook/Shumania for genuine ones. I wish i had heeded other buyers warnings to avoid this seller.
