What courier do you use?
 
We use Royal Mail for almost 99% of our sales - on the odd occasion if it is a very large item or lots of small items ordered we will used a professional courier.

Yes, we have over 10 stores based around the UK and all of our products are shipped either same or next day.
 
Can I return Personalised, Custom Made or Made to Order Items?
 
Unfortunately no - Any item that has been personalised custom made, or made to order including all diamante rhinestone products cannot be returned.
 
This is in accordance with eBays policy our own Franchise companies policy and also in line with the UK gov Law act for personalised goods which can be found in ebays help page section.
 
Please make sure you are happy with this before purchasing.

Ordered on the 30th May and its only just arrived, Meantime I brought one elsewhere which come alot quicker as needed it for the date it said was being delivered, not amazing quality, wouldn't buy again
