I actually, initially, had a problem with my order, but I was so impressed with how the seller handled it that I've given him all 5 stars. I placed an order for a sax neck screw. After 10 days the tracking info still showed that the carrier hadn't received the item. I sent the seller a message letting him know. He looked into it, couldn't figure out what had happened or where the original item was. He called me personally to explain it and sent a replacement right away. Great job!
