Se per qualsiasi motivo il Cliente non fosse soddisfatto del proprio acquisto, gli articoli non indossati che presenteranno la targhetta del sigillo di garanzia intatta come descritto nella stessa, possono essere restituiti entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce.

1) Per richiedere la sostituzione dei capi il Cliente deve inviare comunicazione tramite email all’indirizzo info@punzi1949.com.

2) Nella Mail devono essere specificati i codici degli articoli che si intendono restituire e la compensazione desiderata: CAMBIO TAGLIA, CAMBIO COLORE, RIMBORSO, BUONO ACQUISTO. Una volta ricevuta la richiesta di reso, Punzi1949.com invierà al cliente una conferma scritta con autorizzazione da stampare ed inserire nella scatola da spedire.

3) Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione dei capi sono a carico dell'acquirente poiché la merce è di tipologia outlet pertanto già scontata.

4) Il Cliente dovrà necessariamente spedire la merce tramite corrieri: BRT, DHL o Poste Italiane all'indirizzo Abbigliamento Punzi S.r.l. C.sa Umberto I°, 88/A – 72014 Cisternino (BR) - ITALIA.

5) Il pacco viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Cliente.

6) La fascetta di sicurezza con talloncino sigillato presente sugli articoli che si restituiscono, non deve essere ne’ tagliato ne’ rotto ne' danneggiata in alcun modo. Il nostro reparto di sicurezza conserva una foto del sigillo per ogni articolo spedito, pertanto, prima di effettuare il cambio oppure il rimborso, il sigillo verrà confrontato con la relativa foto per poter verificare la totale integrità della stessa. I capi non devono essere stati indossati, lavati, o alterati e non devono presentare nessun segno d’uso. Le suole delle scarpe devono essere in perfette condizioni e non presentare segni di alcun tipo.

7) Ogni capo deve essere restituito comprensivo di tutte le etichette, confezioni ed accessori originali (grucce, copri abiti, scatole, etc. etc.)

8) I resi devono essere spediti all’interno della scatola Abbigliamento Punzi s.r.l.

9) Punzi1949.com si riserva il diritto di rifiutare resi non autorizzati o spediti con corrieri diversi da quello indicato nella mail con le istruzioni al reso.

10) Qualora il reso non sia conforme a tutti i termini e condizioni previsti dalla politica di reso Punzi1949.com non accetterà la merce restituita e verrà rispedita all’indirizzo del mittente originale.

11) Se il Cliente richiede il rimborso da parte di Punzi1949.com, lo stesso avverrà mediante accredito sulla carta di credito del Cliente (se lo stesso ha pagato con la Carta di Credito) o accredito PayPal (se il Cliente ha pagato tramite PayPal) o bonifico bancario (se il Cliente ha pagato con bonifico). Il riaccredito potrebbe essere visibile sull'estratto conto della carta di credito o sul Conto Corrente Bancario del Cliente dopo circa 30 giorni dalla data di rimborso.

RESI E RIMBORSI- EXTRA UE

Per i pacchi rispediti da paesi esterni alla Comunità Europea la compensazione per il reso sarà limitata al solo rimborso o all'emissione di un buono d’acquisto ed il reso e gli oneri postali sono a carico del Cliente. Non è possibile cambiare il prodotto reso con un articolo differente, effettuare un cambio di taglia o colore. Qualora il Cliente fosse interessato ad effettuare un cambio taglia/colore dovrà effettuare un ordine ex novo.
