Unfortunately this seller is not active. I purchased some rims expecting the seller to provide a local pickup address which they didn't. After several attempts to contact the seller I had no choice but to reach out to eBay (Customer Service) who stepped in and provided a full refund under their money back guarantee protection plan.

Although this seller advertises items with either "buy now" or "make an offer", I understand that he doesn't like to accept reasonable offers. If that is the case, then the seller shouldn't offer the second option. Just use "buy now" if you are not willing to accept genuine offers.
