I ordered the mug and was told to meet seller in a parking lot of a Costco that was about an hour trip from where we live. I was under the impression that sellers mailed packages to buyers, and this definitely did not happen. I asked the seller to mail it to me and ended up with a postage pay setup that was so complicated, I ended up driving to the town and collecting the item. I thought it shady and unbusinesslike. All this for a $20 mug.
