Very nice belt. Rugged and stout. Communication really wasn’t necessary. But the process was trudging. Buy from over seas and shipping is certainly better these days, but unfortunately has to be complicated. I don’t cast any blame. I ordered it from Australia , it shipped from china, and was delivered weeks later. Good product, just unfortunate handling.
