Seller dispatched item as basic delivery even though premium delivery was paid and highlighted on docket. When contacted after item not arriving they promptly just refunded the delivery charge without consultation- this did not help the fact I was then without a washing machine for 5 more days after this with a baby (no tracking info available throughout week). Asked on numerous occasions for replacement to be sent with premium delivery, which was refused. plenty of communication but no actions!

Hello, good morning, our royal mail system did have an issue with pulling this item into there system we found out upon communication with you, which we did hold our hands u right away, it has never happened before, and as soon as knew we obviously refunded the postage paid, and as the item had all ready left us there was nothing else we could do i'm afraid, we are glad the item is now with you though
