This entire transaction has been extremely frustrating! I purchased this product on 9/2. The product was shipped on 9/3 with a delivery date of 9/7. The delivery date of 9/7 came and went and still no product. When I reached out to the seller to inform them I hadn’t received the package. They stated that it was still en route. After a few more days, I asked if they would replace the missing package. They refused. eBay eventually reimbursed me on 9/24, almost a month later.
