I ordered a couple corn cob pipes, but when they were delivered, I noticed that one of them had a couple deep indents on the top of the bowl, (a couple imperfections in a corn cob pipe doesn't affect quality, and this was no fault of the seller.) However, my "OCD brain" wasn't having it. I asked if I could exchange it, and I showed him some pics. He said return the pipe, and he'd find a perfect one, save it for me and ship it right out! That's excellent service!

- f***f (138)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseOnce again you sent me two corn cob pipe in an envelope, and they came with new, dibits out of the corn cop pipe, the dust and pieces from that were in the bag...I would send them back , but it would cost me more to do that, then the price and time of these pipes...I am sorry but I am not very happy with the purchase of these pipes...I did get them in a timely manner...but the way they there shipped without more protection, this is a shame...
