    I received the wrong, very ugly tile. I contacted the seller to exchange them for the set I ordered. They acknowledged the mistake, but offered me a 50% refund to keep the ugly tiles w/out getting the tiles I had ordered. They have free exchanges & returns, yet said they would lose money on the whole transaction by shipping them back, then shipping me the right tiles. Really? We went back & forth until I finally gave up. I agreed to take the 50% because I wanted to be done with it all.

    One of these igloo dog houses was broken on the bottom. Very broken. But still usable. I have NO idea if it was broken in transit or broken when delivered.
