Item never arrived so i filed a claim as the seller refused responsibility. Once i won the dispute the seller messages me multiple times stating i was a scammer and ‘ebay fell for it’. And then saying that i chose the shipping method with no tracking when i did not have a say in the shipping method.

Textbook scammer. Buys item with 96p stamp delivery as per listing. Claims item "did not arrive" and demands refund. Claims "seller did not provide tracking details" knowing full well I cannot provide details. What a pathetic loser.
