The item was bought by my son who has special needs .
The item arrived and it was not what he thought he had ordered.
So he wanted to return the item, the seller sent a reply , this reply was truly awful and honestly not very helpful or good customer service, in fact it was extremely rude.
I have uploaded a picture of the reply in the picture section.
I personally would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from this particular seller to refrain from doing so. And warn others away too

Well i would warn buyers from you, i blocked you directly after you made a claim. I wish i could message for return and the vile way you spoke to me. look you bought a picture and you seemed to think the picture was a magic one that contained a £300 vinyl thats impossible to get anywhere. Yes i was blunt with you but you opened a return completely lied on the request and insulted me, im not sure how to reply to people like you, because its obvious all you wanted was free stuff.
