Red flag from the start as seller said involved in accident with her team? Anyway stated would send on a Friday and then furnished a false tracking number. I went back to account only to find label was created and thats all. I read other reviews and do see has history of not sending items as any good business would do. I will say they cancelled order fast and refunded ASAP. For that they get a Neutral
