False advertising. it says (brand new case and graphics card) the graphics card is not like picture. it's a used old cheap brand graphics card. (seller admitted fault) it was very dirty inside, the seller didn't even bother cleaning it. this PC is very! tiny, NOT a mid case/tower. you can't add any! hard drives or anything!
i'm too sick to send it back. i asked for a partial refund, but seller refuses, even though they admitted fault. avoid seller at all costs. very sad and shocking experience

Seller is unreasonable and stubborn. they won't negotiate or even entertain actually sending me the brand new graphics card that was advertised on their listing, even though they admitted that they were at fault... and i am starting to believe that this seller purposely put in an old, cheap brand, dirty and used graphics card in this computer hoping that they will get away with it... i could only imagine how many other customers they have done this too.... ebay is investigating them.. be warned!
