The phone was beautiful. Shiney and looked brand new. The phone was advertised as unlocked for ALL carriers. It was not unlocked. It was locked for ATT. Bless Verizon. They spent 90 minutes trying to factory reset the phone for me. Then the seller wanted me (non tech) person go through a long list of steps to do even after telling them a verizon person worked on it for 90 min. I trust they were the more educated person to try this...not me. I received my credit. But went through a big headache
