Items were shipped promptly and were packaged well but sadly, came damaged. Seller’s response was immediate and he was willing to do whatever we decided in regard to returning the items for a full refund or keeping the items to part out for a partial refund. We opted to part the items out and accepted a very fair partial refund. The partial refund was IMMEDIATE. We would not hesitate to do future business with this seller!
