There was a nice breadth of different countries represented, although some of them could only be classified as animal stamps on a technicality (i.e. there happened to be a horse in the painting of a battle or a lion on a coat of arms) and I did get a few that were folded or otherwise in rough condition. Some of the others were lovely mint stamps, however, and they were mailed with the backing as indicated in the description.
