After numerous attempts to track my item and several excuses from the seller, I never received my items. I received an email in regards to getting a refund and a special item for my inconvenience. NEITHER of these two things happened. Seller ceased contact. Highly dissapointed

I do understand your frustration about this matter. As the Owner and not the seller, I feel, I should explain the situation that caused the problem. A new employee was the root cause of many problems, not just your purchase. The items in question, after an investigation was found to have been stolen along with other orders that we are currently going to court to recover funds. I do understand your refund has been given and If some item was promised, I personally will handle it.
