The item took 33 days to arrive, primarily due to USPS delays. After 2.5 weeks of waiting, I requested to cancel my order & get a refund. The seller recommended that I wait, so I waited another week. Still no sandals. I requested another cancellation & refund. After I received the package, I immediately contacted the seller requesting to ship it back. They gave me the run-around for days & refused to honor a return. I finally gave up and kept the sandals. Too much time wasted. Stay away.

Again, USPS took a long time to deliver the package- not my fault- so I recommended he open an item not rec'd case - which he did- the item delivered and case was closed - he tried to have it closed - refunded and keep the sandals....then he opens a return - saying item didn't match photos- which was a lie...they matched photos - he just wanted to return them without paying freight- but forget the freight - it hurts my seller metrics - and that's the part that is wrong...he lied - plain and simp
