An Aust Post franchisee has been deliberately failing to record receiving some of our prepaid parcels. We lodged an official complaint for the franchisee to be investigated for theft. Suddenly the parcel is recorded in AP's system and delivered to our customer within 24 hours. We are now using a full AP Post Office further away from us, but it's worth it to get professional service.
