As you can see in the notes below I requested this package be shipped via priority mail and paid for as such. Seller shipped USPS ground advantage at the cost of $7.15 and pocketed an extra $6.45. Also noted below I work for the United States Postal Inspection Service. Since the package was mailed via USPS this constitutes mail fraud. It will be filed if refund is not issued.
