Though I got the item, it was a long process. I tried to contact to change the delivery address, heard nothing. It got delivered to my old address to which the new tenant gave it to a neighbor. I was at work the while time this happened and had to have my wife attempt to retrieve the delivered item. The person claimed to be "friends" with me and opened my package with the intent to obviously use it. Had the PERSON RESPONDED BEFORE IT EVEN SHIPPED I would have avoided all that hassle. 1 star.
