very poor service , item clearly defective, many communications tryin to resolve,
this will go to ebay fraud,
we tried very hard to resolve this, clearly a case of bad merchandise, and criminal activity

We go our and tried to resolve customer's solar install eventhough we don't have to. We tested this item before we ship. We even talk it over with our installers. We even ask customer to return the item at our expense. Customer demands answer right away. Even though the item is listed as-is no return we are willing to take it back customer is still unhappy. We wasted so far so much time assisting this customer out.
