    Seller cancelled my order after purchase with no communication/effort to ensure my money was refunded or that I understood what happened. Money was never refunded by seller despite my request to investigate with eBay/PayPal. I was forced to take it upon myself to pursue through PayPal (and was refunded). Seller's response verbatim re: refund efforts was "When an order is cancelled the money is refunded. Its,up to EBay and PayPal when you received your money".
