Ordered on the 8th chased for delivery details as states 3-5 days messages ignored . Finally replied on the 15th said would be processed and arrive in a few days. It didn’t !!! My further messages were ignored even though I explained this was a Christmas present . I had to open a claim with PayPal to get my money back . My item was never shipped and my messages were ignored ! Awful experience!
