Item not as described and doesn't work. Provided photos to show item received does not match the LED light in my freezer. Seller stated there was no way I ordered correct part. Provided Model number, and then claimed I mis-diagnosed issue with freezer, because item I received was not working. Very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend to do business with.

There is a difference between "item not as described" and ordering the completely wrong item for your model. Completely dishonest feedback.
